All the best resources to find a New York Culinary School

What is the difference between The Culinary Institute of America located in New York and the one in California?

Are they both practically the same? I’m looking to pursue a career as a chef and I want to know if there are any reasons for choosing one school over the other, besides location.

Thank you :)

CIA at Hyde Park has more Certified Master Chefs than their other campuses but it is their largest campus. All degrees and certificates are available at Hyde Park but if you live on the West coast, and CIA at Napa has what you want, go there. You also need to take into consideration life outside of school. What do you do when you are not in class? Do you like the big city or small city life? Where are the jobs when you graduate? Will you have to move again? You also need to look at the percentage of graduates that have jobs within 6 months of graduation.
