Maybe cooking classes or baking for beginners.
Me and my sisters love to cook and we’ve been searching through the internet but to no avail.
Preferably somewhere around Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley.
In Malaysia that is 
try to find a community center may be they would have some kind of cooking classes, if not get a cook book and learn for it i am a chef and the first thing i learned how to do is how to read a recpie and cook it from a cook book.
