Would you pay different rates for American vs. Ethnic cooking classes?
Longer vs. shorter classes?
What kind of rate would be open to paying for a
1 hr American cooking class
2 -2.5 hr Indian (india) vegetarian cooking class?

I would pay more for good cooking classes than for bad. I have paid 5000 dollars for 5 days of Itallian cooking classes in Cinco Terra where I prepared the day’s meals in five different Restaurants.
I am not interested in American Cooking Classes.
For a person with a killer reputation and in an intense cooking class with say 30 dishes I would pay 3k. For a run of the mill class I would pay about 20 an hour at the local community college.
