I was hoping to give my Mom cooking classes as a gift this Christmas, she’s already an amazing cook so I was hoping these classes could give her a robust and rich experience (i.e. French Cooking techniques) not teach her basic cooking techniques and recipes.
A smaller setting, with an amazing chef/professor would be awesome. Something she could come into the city for over a couple of days, perhaps even with a friend. I’m looking to spend between $200-500.
