in southeast michigan area would be nice, but heck i tried searching for these kinds of classes for six hours straight and no luck. i’ve found private classes available for two people, but the rest of my search results just ended with just regular cooking classes that enroll per person. any one else have any luck?
Check out Schoolcraft College in Livonia. They have one of the best cooking schools in the state. And they also have alternative education classes in cooking for a less serious chef.
